Once a product leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. We try our best to make sure that it gets to you safely, but outside of that is not our responsibility through the handlers of the shipment.
With that being said, we will offer you a 10% discount to re-order with us for ONLY the product that was damaged, valid with a photo of the damaged item sent within 3 days of receiving your package to email@example.com. After 3 days, the offer will not be valid and you will have to purchase a new order.
Due to the coronavirus and COVID-19 outbreak, shipping of orders has been delayed significantly due to low supply availability, therefore affecting our product line and inventory. We will fulfill all orders as they become available and we ask that during this time, you all continue to support us in anyway you can.
Orders totaling more than $50 USD will receive complimentary shipping.
