We utilize USPS for our shipping fulfillment and get your orders out to you. From time to time, we may utilize FedEx or UPS for International deliveries for quicker and efficient shipment. Processing may take 3-5 days, and shipping may take 2-3 business days. PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME.
Once a product leaves our physical site, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. We try our best to make sure that it gets to you safely, but outside of that is not our responsibility through the handlers of the shipment.
We are also not responsible after shipping if the carrier has a delay. At this time, during the protests and with COVID-19 still being a threat, certain carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx have been operating on limited staff availability and altered schedules/routes.
With that being said, we will offer you a 10% discount to re-order with us for ONLY the product that was damaged, valid with a photo of the damaged item sent within 3 days of receiving your package to email@example.com. After 3 days, the offer will not be valid and you will have to purchase a new order.
Due to the coronavirus and COVID-19 outbreak, shipping of orders has been delayed significantly due to low supply availability, therefore affecting our product line and inventory. We will fulfill all orders as they become available and we ask that during this time, you all continue to support us in anyway you can and be understanding.
Orders totaling more than $50 USD will receive complimentary shipping in the United States. For international orders, including Canada, items over $100 will receive complimentary shipping.
